We have generous opening hours and open almost all days of the year to help you even when emergency occurs during weekends or red days. You just book via our homepage or you call us on nr.+41 43 317 17 39. If there is no time available via our Internet booking you can always call us and we will make sure you get a time anyway. If you visit us because of pain it is easier for us to diagnose if you can give us information about how it started. How many days with pain? From where and what did it start? Right/left side, upper or lower jaw? After biting on something hard or drinking cold/warm/sweet? Maybe did it start spontaneous? Is the pain constant or does it varies? Also remember to avoid painkillers before the visit. To look for the problem tooth when not feeling anything will in most cases be impossible.
If you visit us because of an accident we recommend you to contact your insurance company if you have one. These often need information from us about the findings we see during the emergency visit. They will send us their forms that we will fill out and send back. Often you will get all or the most money back from the treatment.
You find us very close to Zürich HB. It is in a five minutes walking distance and then you find us at Freischützgasse 1, close to Europa Allès exit on the side of Lagerstrasse.
